Because the demand for our services has been so high, we regretfully had to temporarily close our books. However, Allison has now opened a limited waitlist again for referrals of *adult clients* in February 2026. The wait time after that for a first appointment might be some weeks. To register interest in a waitlist spot with Allison, please complete our online enquiry form.Gina's books are closed to new referrals and to returning clients she hasn't seen for more than 12 months - sincerest apologies for any inconvenience.
If you have a referral from your GP to see us, your referral can be used with any psychologist - please speak with your GP if you need other recommendations. Please visit our Help page if you would like some other suggestions for local and online supports.
Please Note our Exclusion Criteria
Any current forensic issues, or ongoing legal and/or court proceedings; Eating Disorders Drug and/or Alcohol dependence; Indications of hallucinations or psychosis, either whilst sober or under the influence of a substance.

Our purpose-built rooms at BMAC are light, private, comfortable and welcoming. We're located conveniently opposite the railway and a short stroll from the shops in Leura Mall.
Visitor parking is available at the rear of the building (when you come off the Great Western Highway turnoff to Leura, go left at the roundabout then take the first left into the carparking area).
The building, and the BMAC office, are accessible for people using wheelchairs. The Lift can be found to the left behind the entry stairs on the ground floor.
